Under Indian law, Smart Algo Account transactions are not permitted to be publicized or promoted in the secondary personal market. All participants are required to observe strict confidentiality. Any disclosure of Smart Algo Account transaction details to unauthorized parties shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and may result in penalties.

All Smart Algo Account holders must ensure the legality of their fund sources, fulfill applicable tax obligations, and cooperate fully with regulatory authorities. In the event of violations, Delta Techinvest Private Limited, along with relevant government bodies, reserve the right to impose penalties in accordance with Indian law.

Do's and Don'ts▼

Do's:

  • Smart Algo Account transactions cannot be publicly traded or promoted in the secondary personal market.
  • The Client must sign a Confidentiality Agreement during registration.
  • The Client must strictly follow all trading instructions issued by Delta Techinvest Private Limited.
  • Each Smart Algo Account transaction is regulated under SEBI.
  • The Smart Algo Account is an officially authorized joint account under Delta Techinvest Private Limited.
  • All securities account holders must sign the Smart Algo Account Application Form.
  • Accounts generating profits exceeding 200% must pay 20% service commission to the Platform.

Controlled Access: The Smart Algo trading platform is officially listed on Google Play and the Apple App Store but is accessible only to authorized users.

Compliance: By applying for and using the Smart Algo Account, the Client agrees to comply with all confidentiality and access policies.

General Terms and Conditions – Smart Algo Account

  • Investment Authorization: The Client shall invest only in securities authorized for QIB transactions under SEBI guidelines.
  • Compliance: Both Broker and Client must comply with all applicable laws.
  • Verification: The Client must verify that the Broker is authorized for Smart Algo Account transactions.
  • Broker Responsibilities: The Broker must ensure the Client understands the transaction nature.
  • Confidentiality: The Broker must maintain strict confidentiality of Client information.
  • Margins: The Client must deposit the required trading margin.
  • Traceability: Orders must be executed using the Client's Smart Algo Account client code.
  • Penalties: Breach of confidentiality or compliance may result in termination and legal action under SEBI laws.
Smart Algo Account Confidentiality Agreement & User Notice▼

This Confidentiality Agreement and User Notice (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between Delta Techinvest Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and the undersigned client (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), as part of the Smart Algo Account setup and usage process. This Agreement sets forth the confidentiality obligations, compliance responsibilities, and regulatory restrictions applicable to all Smart Algo Account holders.

1. Confidentiality Obligations

  • 1.1 The Client agrees to keep all Smart Algo Account transaction data, counterparties, fund flow details, and execution instructions strictly confidential, and shall not disclose any such information to third parties under any circumstances.
  • 1.2 The Client shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, or leak any confidential information unless expressly required to do so by law or by a competent legal authority.
  • 1.3 The confidentiality obligations herein shall remain in full force and effect for a period of two (2) years following the termination of the Client's Smart Algo Account, regardless of the reason for termination.
  • 1.4 Controlled Access to Official Application: Our Smart Algo trading platform is officially listed on Google Play and the Apple App Store. To prevent unauthorized distribution and to protect sensitive trading strategies, access to the app is strictly controlled. Clients are required to follow all platform guidelines for downloading and accessing the official application.

2. Execution & Compliance

  • 2.1 The Client agrees to strictly follow all trading instructions issued by the Smart Algo Platform and shall not engage in any independent trading actions related to the Smart Algo Account.
  • 2.2 All Smart Algo transactions are regulated under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and other applicable Indian financial laws. The Client acknowledges and agrees to fully comply with such regulations.

3. Regulatory Restrictions & Communication Protocol

  • 3.1 Under Indian law, Smart Algo Accounts and their transactions must not be publicly disclosed, advertised, or promoted in any form in the open market.
  • 3.2 All individuals involved in the Smart Algo Account process—including but not limited to clients, employees, representatives, and intermediaries—must sign and adhere to strict confidentiality agreements.
  • 3.3 Any unauthorized communication or disclosure shall be deemed a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in legal liability, including but not limited to account suspension, termination, and financial penalties.

4. Liability for Breach

  • 4.1 Any breach of the confidentiality terms set forth in this Agreement shall result in immediate termination of the Client's Smart Algo Account and may subject the Client to civil and/or criminal legal action.
  • 4.2 The Platform reserves the right to seek full compensation for any damages, financial losses, or reputational harm arising from the Client's breach of this Agreement.

5. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and the Client expressly agrees to submit to such jurisdiction.
6. Acknowledgement & Signature

By signing below, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set forth in this Agreement with Delta Techinvest Private Limited.
